It is also a touch pad so using a finger to move mouse around, but you will need to press the buttons to click things.
It still works and connects, and works better after installing a Wacom Driver for it (You can find the drivers on Wacom’s Online Page)

It should work with all drawing and other programs. I used it with Adobe, SAI, and Clip Studio.
