Mixed PC Part Lot (PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION)

This is a lot of PC Components some working and some not. I’m looking to get rid of the whole lot. Here is a list of the parts.

The following parts work just fine and have been pulled from working computers:

Gigabyte GTX 1030 2GB GDDR5 version (this is missing the brackets)
Intel i3-7100 (LGA 1151 Kaby Lake)
Intel i5-4440 (LGA 1150 Haswell)
Intel i5-3470 (LGA 1155 Ivy Bridge)
Asus HB1M-A (LGA 1150 Micro ATX Form Factor) [comes with the I/O bracket]
Stock Intel Processor Cooler
Stock AMD Ryzen Processor Cooler [with backplate]

The following graphics cards I CANNOT get a display when I boot them up. The Computer POSTS (with three short beeps), but no display. You are free to try and fix them up and do what you wish. I just do not have the time to repair them:
